I am not sure who Minka Kelly is but I was told she was in Friday Night Lights, and I don’t know what that is but I can only assume it’s on TV or a Movie and it doesn’t really matter because she’s been caught flashing her panties for the paparazzi, which is the beauty of wearing dresses.
