Those are spandex leggings with a shiny coating applied to them. I have the same ones, there fun to wear. I think she looks cute in the leggings. She might be sweating because it’s hot on stage. Also those leggings are very hot, they don’t breath very well. You can sweat your butt off in them while your dancing. Guys seem to like these kind of leggings, I get allot of attention when I wear mine. Everyone is very hard on her, I think she�s very pretty. Maybe she just tries too hard.
