You clearly haven’t seen the Dark Knight, or you’d have recognised the fact that the little gnome is dressed like the Joker in the Hospital scene, in which he is dressed like a nurse. Presumably the guitar is there to remind people that he’s a “RAWWK STAR OMG” so nobody assumes he’s a tranny hooker on business. Really it just makes him look slightly more of a twat than he would without it.

It’s safe to say that Heath’s legs were hotter. As was everything else about him.

Nothing to really say about Avril. She’s showing as much interest in Hallowe’en as she shows her fans/husband/career.

Not to defend him, but maybe Deryck was performing at a Halloween party, which would explain the guitar?

If they really were cool, they could have gone as the Joker and Harley Quinn (Avril would have scored lots of geek love for that). But considering who they are, they’d probably fuck that up — by “cleverly” having Avril as the Joker and Deryck dressed as Harley.
