Sorry, but employees at IN N OUT do NOT make minimum wage. Their pay starts at $10 an hour and increases rapidly. Managers can make over $100,00. That was back in the day, it’s probably more now. I worked at an IN N OUT and was never treated better by a chain in my life. We saw celebrities everyday, many far bigger than Miley Cyrus, so I’m sure the employees were more excited about the camera crew than anything else. BEST.BURGERS.EVER.
