My friends brother dated “Gaga” for almost 3 years……she was nothing like this. This is all a stupid pathetic act to garner fame and it’s reallly sad. She has not been “doing this for years” like many posters have said. She used to dress in normal regular clothes, perform in normal clothes and perform general crappy pop music. She was “discovered” and then changed to be completely targeted to the gay community. That’s why they knew of her before anyone else. The label was making a specialty act knowing that gay men have a strong influence on popular culture and are VERY loyal to their Pop Idols. All of this changing of style and talk of bisexuality is just to get attention. That is all she wants out of this. The more attention she gets, the more money she makes so the studio is pushing hard to make her news-worthy. In no way would she be newsworthy just based upon her music. She makes crappy generic dance music now instead of crappy generic pop. Just because she writes the music does not mean she is a good artist. It means she writes simple lazy dance music that anyone with a computer can make. She is not an “artist” she is a product.
