Read in the news today that Johnny Depp has signed on with Disney for 3 new movies: Pirates 4, Lone Ranger (as Tonto), and Alice in Wonderland (as the Mad Hatter).

I used to think he was a nut. Him, as the Mad Hatter, proves it. Tonto, no way can I see him in that role. I look forward to see another Pirates of the Caribbean, especially if Keira Knightly is in it. If he is taking a 3 part package which includes a Lone Ranger Movie, then he's Disney's whore.

Johnny Depp is filthy rich,so he can pick and choose the roles
that he wants.

But I think he does more "kid friendly" movies,cause he is older,
and has a family.

I don't think Johnny Depp has sold himself out to Disney,
I just think he genuinely enjoys doing the Pirate movies.

That being said though,I haven't even seen Pirates of The Caribbean,
or any of the sequels.

Johnny Depp is brilliant,a true chameleon.

I think he can do any role,and pull it off well.
