P90x Fitness

I have gotten quite a few PM's regarding this program. Rather than send individual PM's back, due to interst, I thought I would make a thread.

Right now I have plyometrics (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_02.html), streach (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_07.html), core (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_08.html), yoga (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_04.html), cardio (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_11.html), kenpo (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_06.html), and chest, shoulders & triceps (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_09.html). I also have the nutrition and calendar, which I can post up on RS.

I get these off of my newsgroup, and to be honest, they are huge (roughly 4GB each). I can get most of th others, but I am low on cash and these chewed up my limit, so it may take a bit. If you are interested in the ones I have, let me know. If you really want one of the others, I can get it, but be patient.

Looks good...never heard of it but looks intense maybe u can explain what it is abit and if theyre effective....only video ive ever use is 8 minute abs lol and since im in good shape and dont have much fat it actually gives results...i can imagine what these videos can do for me...im definately interested

I'm one guilty of PMing BJ, so I would like to throw my hat in the virtual ring for most of the dvd's except for the jumping one.And the nutrition/calendar would be of interest as well.

I just added Ab Ripper X (http://www.beachbody.com/text/products/programs/p90x/popup/workouts_12.html) to the set. For those who haven't heard, P90X is a very difficult workout routine.

I like working out in a gym, so I am not really interested in the specific body parts. Like I said, I can get them, just not really inclined to.

I have tried some of the other. I have done yoga, plyometrics, cardio and stretch. These are excellent. Mind you , I lift 6 times a week. I am not in excellent shape, maybe good, but not foreign to exercise. After 20 minutes into the yoga, I had to pause the dvd and towel off. I sweat like crazy. Also, I was very sore for the next couple of days. This makes me very happy because cross training is very important.

So, like I have said somewhere else. These dvd's are 3gb each, huge to upload to RS (which I really prefer not to do). I am more than willing to burn whatever dvd's I already have and mail them off to you. All I ask is maybe $1 to $2 per dvd to cover material and postage.

PM me your address and I can start burning them next weekend (probably when I get a new stack of dvd's). I'll trust you for the $$.

I agree with you... Last thrusday I did the yoga with some of the football coaches at my college... and Being in alright shape that I am I thought it would be a peice of cake... Probably the hardest work out i've ever done... seriously who knew Yoga could be so hard ahah!

The ones I found are missing alot of files. But looks like someone ripped the dvds down to manageable mpegs. Will try to post what I can when I can repair the missing stuff.

I am an idiot guys. My PM box was getting full, so instead of deleting my sent PM's, I deleted my inbox.

Ok. I was able to locate the last 3 dvd's, so now I have the full set. People who sent me their addresses and any other who want them, let me know which ones. I figure the full set to be $25, if that's cool or $2 a dvd if you don't want the whole set.

The 1st set of dvd's will go out tomorrow. Like I said earlier, I grabbed the last 3 programs. I didn't realize they are in .mpg form, so I should be able to get them all on 1 dvd.

You'll get 9 dvd's total. It's still going to be $25 because what I realized is burning 9 dvd's for multiple people takes a long time. lol

Also, if you want to print the labels for the dvd's, here they are.

If anyone else is interested in these, PM me. If there's no replies by this weekend, I am going to delete the ISO's, because they take a HUGE amount of HD space.

I still have the DVD's, but it's a lot easier to burn an ISo than it is to make a copy from a DVD.
