which means that FLYNET is the one who is LEGALLY bound to keep it confidential. NOT Jesus.

I’ve been following your “legal” threats over at the parody and humor site drunkenstepfather.com (if you are not the same guys, please disregard) and I’m frankly a little surprised that you would bother with such a small site.
On your site, the images have watermarks (giving you feet to stand on legally) but I have never seen pictures on his site with your watermark.
Anyway, I am sure you guys are nice guys and are just defending your work, but as a loyal and longtime reader of his site, I think you are going about it the wrong way.
You should stop making legal threats because unless you are a lawyer, or have a lawyer speaking for you, the information you are threatening isn’t accurate even to a normal person.
If you see your pictures on his site, ask him to remove them and he will. He always has and always will.
It isn’t costing you a dime. This idea that it somehow takes away from you is absurd. Look at how you guys make a living! It is no better than the way he does. You are stealing privacy and peace from people. (WE don’t need a hundred pictures of a celebrity shopping.)
But I digress, my point is you don’t have much of a case. We’re not talking about fine art photography, we’re talking about poorly taken pictures that look exactly like the same pictures taken by the 50 other photographers that were there.
Drunken Stepfather is a humor site. Its a joke. We get it! Other agencies tell him to remove the pictures and he does and the story ends!
When paparazzi sues, it makes me want to write my politicians even more and fight for anti-paparazzi laws even more! Paparazzi harass, antagonize and in the case of Princess Di (KILL or cause loss of life!)
I’m sure you guys have better things to do with your time and energy than harass a internet humorist!

The simple fasts are that these asshats do not have any legal clout or ground to stand, so they figure by harassing Jesus they can scare him into taking the images down. First off, the images are not watermarked or labeled in ANY way, second, they are not showing ANY evidence that they do indeed own these images. For all we know they are lying, hell I could write Jesus and tell him I own the rights to viewing the fucking color blue, doesn’t mean I’m not talking out of my ass.
Simply stated, they are making a living stealing, and making sure no one else steals the shit they’ve stolen. Scum, nothing more.
