So this fat whore is suing Victoria’s Secret for a dangerous thong because everyone in America likes to sue for the stupidest fucking reasons in hopes of makin’ a couple bucks. The truth is that this whore just doesn’t realize how fat she is and throws on a pair of underwear that is too small for her and the shit isn’t designed to be strong enough to withstand that kind of abuse and explodes, almost putting out her eye. I don’t think the company who made or designed that shit should be liable for some fat girl in denial. I hear her next lawsuit is against the chair manufacturer who didn’t make a folding chair she sat on at a wedding strong enough to withstand her weight and then she’ll be suing Krispy Kreme and Popeye Chicken and Carl’s Jr for being the real culprit in this whole stupid mystery.

Why – because clothing is made to withstand differences in body shape and weight and all that stuff all of you keep whining about. The metal was probably cheap. No surprise. And it is a design flaw – from the manufacturer. They should have seen that as a problem, since they are the ones making it to sell.
I’ve had a lot of Victorias Secret stuff fall apart on me (some just by putting it in the wash, so no – its not my fat ass), it’s not very well made to begin with, and stuff does slip by the quality control.

Yes, I think maybe Victoria’s Secret’s product may have a lower quality (expensive stuff usually does, though I’ve had no problems with things I’ve bought from there), but for her to sue over this is ridiculous. Her eye looks fine to me. I’ve been popped in the eye by cutting a ziptie in the wrong spot. Am I going to sue the ziptie company, because it hurt like hell for like a minute? NO. Am I blind now because of it, no. If I were her, I’d just refuse to buy anything else from there. She’s going to lose this case, and lose a lot of money paying for her ignorant lawyer. Good job!

She is JUSTIFIED in sueing Victoria Secret for a defective product like this. What other protection do we as consumners have agains sub-standard work done by overseas contractors that get paid twenty times less than the American worker? Victoria Secret manufactures this product in China, for a production cost of $1.00 each and sells it here in the US for $20.00. Yes they have a right to do that but the quality standards are going down in the name of Profit. They do the same with lead paint in childrens toys, counterfeit electronic products, poisonous pet food, and there are nearsighted people that complain because someone wants to sue them for this??? If you suffered as a result of shoddy workmanship then sue for it. As we turn from a manufacturing economy to a service economy and continue to lose our jobs overseas, thank God we still have the right to defend ourselves from these corporations that try to squeeze as much profit from us as they can (oil ologopolies). If you complain about our right to sue these organisations, then you shouldn’t complain when you or someone you know loses their job to cheaper, substandard workmanship overseas.
