   Generally you can just do:

   $ tee >.htaccess
   AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml .php3
   [Ctrl-D]

   $ sh tools/fix_permissions

=] Step #4: Run the browser-based installer

   Point your browser to: http://example.com/wherever-you-installed-stdlib/
